We start creating beautiful dried fruit by chasing down the best quality citrus on the market. We take great pride in sanitary conditions of our work environment and work with gloves and hair nets. We cut each citrus wheel by hand.
We will send your order out in an airtight, decorative Mylar bag which will not only keep your fruit dry and crispy but is pretty enough to qualify as gift wrapping. Just make sure it stays properly closed as “humidity” is the biggest enemy of dehydrated fruit.
